We focus on maritime skills. You can explore our works shops and see the craftsmen at work. The rope walk, the smithy, the small boat work shop and the wharf restoring bigger vessels are all open for visits. Visiting the centre gives you the opportunity to use all your senses. Feel the wood, smell the tare and see the beautiful boats in our museum harbour. You can enjoy trying your skills in the small workshops that we have created for our visitors.

Mark Horton from BBC said after his visit: "This is the most marvellous boat yard."

There will be activity in the boatyard (restoration, ropewalk, small boat workshop, smithy) all summer (Mon-Fri until 3 pm).
